Ann was an excellent help - and I recommend the store at Burloak for a great price sectional but they also have a bunch of trendy home style necessities :)

Don’t say hi or smile even after eye contact probably because I’m from a visible minority group. But greeting loudly and smiling to white people. Racist. I went to purchase some furniture but decided to go to another location for a better experience.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at your furniture store. Not only was my bed delayed over 10 days which was ordered 2 months prior causing a major inconvenience, but it was also put on hold without any notifications.We called a few times with the personnel being unhelpful and blaming the delivery company and asked us to contact the delivery company individually even though this company is beholden to Urban Barn. The lack of accountability and organization is astounding. And to make matters worse, store manager Antonio's unhelpful attitude throughout this ordeal only added to my frustration. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I will not be recommending your store to anyone. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here.

Absolute horrible customer service. They were unable to find two items that I was ensured would be on hold until close today, all while the website showed they were still in stock. Rude from the moment they were told he was there to pick up an item that was on hold. Ignored multiple phone calls after putting me on hold (putting the phone down on the counter and not coming back to it). How these three women can blatantly ignore customers and still be employed is beyond me.

Great service. I was helped immediately to purchase an item I saw on the website. I was helped to get the artwork to the door and was met by the salesperson when I arrived at the door for pickup. Love the selection in the store and helpful sales staff.

Great store. Very friendly helpful staff. Located the product I wanted and gave me an information sheet on a product that I am considering purchasing. The show roomwas beautiful and gave me some new ideas for our new home. All around a great experience. I will definitely be back.

I am giving 2 stars because they have some good merch, however the staff give off a very unfriendly vibe. It just feels icky. Please, get some sales staff that actually like helping people!
